Send your jewellery item back once a year for a health check and you will have the peace of mind that if a repair or manufacturing fault occurs within a one year period we will fix it for you free of charge under our jewellery warranty.
On receipt we will check the health of your jewellery item and advise on any work that may be required.
• If we assess that no work is required your jewellery item will be covered for a further year. • If we recommend work is required we will inform you of the work we recommend and the cost but we will not proceed until we have received your written permission. • When we have carried out the recommended work on your jewellery item it will be covered for a further year.
The first year health check up is absolutely free and is included in your purchase package for continuous cover the jewellery item must be received by us no later than one year after the purchase date or one year after the date of the previous health check.
Yearly check ups are currently charged at £35.00 per item ex vat. This includes insured return postage of your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery but excludes the cost of any recommended work.
All health checks and work carried out on the jewellery item will be added to its Histoire document, a copy of which will be enclosed with its return.
