We always try our very best to deliver your item within 10 working days, but due to material sourcing problems that can arise this may not always be possible, if there is to be a delay in the delivery of your item we will contact you to discuss this and offer advise on possible alternatives.

Your purchase will be delivered to you via The Royal Mail Special Delivery Insured Service. This is a hand delivered and signed for service.
If you are not available to take delivery The Royal Mail will leave instructions on how to rearrange another delivery time or how and when you can personally collect your item.
Henry Aston jewellery and all accompanying presentation packaging is finished to customers own unique and specific requirements, and it is fully at the discretion of Henry Aston to accept returns. This does not effect your statutory rights.
